CNC Wire saw machine for monument includes a base, a fuselage mounted perpendicular to the base, a wire saw cutting mechanism, a wire saw tension adjustment mechanism, a photoelectric reader, a workbench and workbench support seat, and a computer control system. The wire saw cutting mechanism includes a main wire saw wheel and two driven wire saw wheels rotatably located on the fuselage, a wire saw wheel drive mechanism, and a wire saw tensioned between three wire saw wheels. The wire saw section between the two wire saw drive wheels performs the vertical cutting motion. There is a horizontal longitudinal linear guide and a pair of ball screws between the base and the fuselage, and the screw rod is connected to the engine output shaft. Between the workbench support seat and the workbench there is a horizontal transverse linear guide and a pair of ball screws. The vice and screw rod are connected to the motor output shaft. This cutting machine adopts computer numerical control technology, balanced movement of body and work table, stable cutting and graphics reading function, which can cut special shape stone slab products.
