Single Arm Medium Block Cutting Machine for Marble Granite Quarrying Masonry and Stone Cutting Applications
Single Arm Medium Block Cutting Machine is PLC controlled and designed with single arm structure and fixed cutter, by travelling stone block with well designed working trolley. Its spindle consists of a set of double speed gear which makes cutting more stable. User could preset cutting depth, slicing slab thickness and slab cutting quantities before put machine into automatic cutting. This machine brings you smooth slab, low energy consumption, high productivity and easy operation. It is convenient to install, operate and maintain. It is now widely applied and preferred to cutting granite and marble blocks into slabs. Dialead offer both 1600mm model and 1800mm model. For 1600mm blade, we suggest 2 pieces of blade combination: 1 piece of 1600mm+1 piece of 950mm blade. It can reach the best cutting efficiency. For 1800mm blade, we suggest 1 piece of blade is enough. In one 20ft container, we can load max 6 sets of single arm medium block cutting machine.
Single Arm Block Cutting Machine consists of four major parts: solid column, cutting unit, trolley and electric cabinet.
Cutting function: Main spindle drive the rotation of blade by two-speed shift of main motor through triangle belt and a pair of bevel wheel in spindle box.
Blade lifting: Lifting motor drives reducer to power up screw rod and it helps push up & down movement of lifting nuts, realized cutting unit lifting.
Slicing and Feeding: When one slab is finished cutting, blade would go up automatically to its default position, slicing motor starts then, driving blade to move forward one slab thickness distance by slicing system of reducer, screw rods and nuts. Thereafter, blade starts to up-down downfeed and left-right feeding and cutting. Machine repeats above procedure and stops when finish one block cutting or when finish all actions preset program parameter.
Electric Cabinet: All mechanical movement are controlled by electrical cabinet. User could adjust or modify cutting parameters in electric cabinet as per production request. Once all parameters set, machine would carry out target cutting task automatically and makes your production more efficient.
