Hydraulic Single Arm Multiblade Block Cutter Machine Four Pillar Structure
Hydraulic single-arm multiblade block cutter is a multi-blade cutting machine used to cut block into slabs of different thickness. The block cutter can hold 22 pieces of saw blade at most at same time. This machine is of simple structure but of strong function. The main body is cast as a whole and then processed by the machining center. It has high precision and small deformation, which improves the assembly accuracy and so ensures the stability and cutting precision of the machine.
The machine adopts double hydraulic and four guide columns to lift. The machine has good rigidity, small gap, and is not affected by thermal expansion and contraction of the external environment, so the machine can effectively reduce shake in cutting, so the machine can ensure high cutting efficiency, low diamond segment consumption, and high flatness of the output. Meantime, this machine adopts oil-immersed lubrication systems which can greatly reduce maintenance frequency and maintenance costs and increase the service life of the equipment.
The upper/lower guide columns are made of chrome-plated round steel, which improves the surface smoothness and wear-resistance of the guide columns, minimizes gap and shake in cutting, and extend the service life of the machine.
A new type of composite material "Nano Nylon" cloth is used for the dust-proof of the guide columns and the hydraulic rods, which features waterproof, dust-proof and anti-wear. The dust-proof cloth can be replaced easily with a zipper.
